Protecting Girls' Sports & Spaces

Mark Earley has been a strong advocate for protecting girls’ sports and ensuring fairness in competition. He supported HB1120 and HB1809, legislation focused on safeguarding athletic opportunities for female students. Mark believes our daughters deserve the chance to cultivate their talents on a level playing field, and that allowing biological men to compete against them undermines fairness and jeopardizes those opportunities.
